Freelance in-house graphic design for London-based Hawaiian poké bowl chain.
Island Poké is a London-based Hawaiian poké bowl chain, with 15 locations across the city and recent franchise launches across the UK and France. I worked as their sole in-house designer, creating various assets for POS, marketing collateral, packaging, presentations, outdoor ad campaigns, social media and more.
Their mission is to present the London workforce with an escape from the monopoly of the office lunch trade, offering more vibrant, flavoursome dishes that make lunch fun, healthy, and delicious.
As the sole member of the design team, this role pushed me to upskill in print preparation and production, as well as working within existing brand guidelines and assets across a myriad of print and digital outputs.
